Doing A Healthy Habits

Health is a very important thing in our life. When we are in good condition or in good health, then we will feel FREE, free to do something we like, free to work, free to learn something, free to play with friends, brothers and sisters or even free to play games in our smartphone. All things we love to do or all hobbies we do, all of those can only be realized or achieved if we are in good health. This shows that health is something that we must always pay attention in our lives

Well below are some activities or things we can do so that we really live healthy.

1. Sleep early at night

This means that you should not stay up late at night. No matter how important your job is, remember DON'T STAY UP. Some experts advise us that as adult, we should sleep at 11 pm. That means that children who are not yet 17 years old should sleep at eralier than the adults do

 2. Wake up early in the morning

Waking up early in the morning can only be happened if we go to bed early at night too. And when we get up early, we feel more relax. At least this is what I experience until nowadays. But if you stay up late at night then getting up in the morning will become more difficult.

 3. Doing Exercise

Do exercise regularly. Walking, jogging are sports that are often recommended to be done in the morning.

 4. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits

Surely you have already known, that doctors often advise us to be diligent in consuming vegetables and fruits. It is because there are lot of vitamins and minerals contain in the vegetables and fruits

 5. Drink water regularly

Be diligently in drinking water, especially if you have just finished doing physical activities or exercise, water is mandatory to drink. It is recommended to drink water at least two litters a day

Here are some healthy habits that you can start from now on. These habits will be able to support you to live a healthy life always and be free to do all kinds of activities
